Where should you begin?

Many people will go down the route of traditional psychological interventions such as therapy or medication.

These, however, are not the only options available to support your mental health. Hypnotherapy can be a powerful addition to your mental health toolbox.

In fact, hypnosis was shown to be more effective in reducing anxiety when combined with other psychological interventions, than when used as a stand-alone treatment.

I trained with The Mind Academy, completing their Diploma of Mind Training, which cemented my expertise in NLP and hypnotherapy.

I was taught under the expert guidance of Alistair Horscroft, one of the world’s most experienced NLP and hypnotherapy practitioners.

Prior to this, I was a yoga and meditation teacher for over 15 years, with my own private studio in Cronulla, in southern Sydney.
